My husband and I have lots of dinner parties and Crystal treasures throughout the house. You don’t just trust anything to clean your Waterford Crystal. When I got it, I was pretty leery that it really wasn’t going to do anything, but I’d give it a try anyway after reading and looking at all the high reviews. Before I knew it, I was cleaning the entire house; it cleans so much more than just your crystal and also cleans your glass. It cleans your stainless steel and makes it all look brand new. Don’t worry with cleaning your glasses; there’s absolutely no aftertaste and you will not have one spot of water or residue after you’ve cleaned your glass and rinsed it. I did have a question whenever my first bottle arrived. I sent an email to the customer service and would you believe that at 8 PM at night? I got a call from the owner directly; that is customer service and someone who absolutely believes in their product and loves their customers. These are absolutely my Christmas baskets this year that I hand out; a little bit goes a long way. It just takes a drop to clean a wine glass and you’ll never see them sparkle more than they will whenever you use this product. I don’t write very many reviews, but in this case I had to because this is such an exceptional product.
